HOW TO REPLACE DOOR KEEPS ON A MULTIPOINT SYSTEM

If your multipoint lock doesn’t engage smoothly, replacing or adjusting the keeps can make your door close tightly again.

  • 🪛 Phillips screwdriver

🔧 STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1️⃣ Mark the Current Positions

Before removal, mark where the keeps currently sit on the frame.

2️⃣ Remove the Old Keeps

Unscrew and lift the keeps away from the frame carefully.

3️⃣ Fit the New Keeps

Position the new keeps and secure them using the existing holes or adjust slightly for better fit.

4️⃣ Test the Lock

Lift the handle and check that all points engage smoothly — adjust as needed.
