🔧 STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1️⃣ Remove the Door from the Track
Open the door halfway, lift it upwards, and carefully pull the bottom towards you to release it from the lower track. Place it on a flat, soft surface.
2️⃣ Locate and Remove the Old Rollers
The rollers are located at the bottom of the door. Unscrew the fixing screws and slide the old rollers out from each end.
3️⃣ Clean the Track Area
Before installing new rollers, clean the bottom track thoroughly using a brush or vacuum to remove any dirt or debris.
4️⃣ Fit the New Rollers
Slide the new rollers into the same position and secure them with the fixing screws. Adjust their height using the screw at the base if necessary.
5️⃣ Rehang the Door
Lift the door back onto the track — top first, then bottom. Test the movement to ensure the door slides smoothly from end to end.
💡 Pro Tip: A small amount of silicone spray on the track can dramatically improve smoothness and reduce noise.
